Important: These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BaoShi Square mobile application and related services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Definitions and Interpretation
In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires:
- "BaoShi Square," "we," "us," or "our" refers to BAOSHI HOLDINGS, a company incorporated in Singapore
- "Platform" or "Service" refers to the BaoShi Square mobile application and related services
- "User," "you," or "your" refers to any person who accesses or uses the Platform
- "Employee" refers to individuals hired by BAOSHI HOLDINGS through the Platform for either part-time or full-time positions
- "Client" refers to businesses and organizations where employees may be assigned to work
- "Assignment" refers to work placements at client locations
- "Content" refers to all information, data, text, messages, images, and other materials on the Platform
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, downloading, accessing, or using BaoShi Square, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BAOSHI HOLDINGS.
2.1 Eligibility
To use BaoShi Square and be considered for employment, you must:
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into employment contracts
- Be legally authorized to work in Singapore
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration and application
- Meet any specific job requirements as outlined in job postings
- Pass any required background checks or assessments
3. Description of Service
BaoShi Square is a mobile recruitment application operated by BAOSHI HOLDINGS for hiring both part-time and full-time employees. Our services include:
- Job listing and search functionality for various positions
- Application submission for both temporary gigs and permanent positions
- Work schedule and shift management
- Employment history and performance tracking
- Notification services for job opportunities
- Payroll and compensation management
- Customer support for applicants and employees
Important: BaoShi Square is operated by BAOSHI HOLDINGS. When you are hired through this platform, you may become an employee of BAOSHI HOLDINGS for assignment to various client locations. We handle recruitment, payroll, and employment management.
4. Account Registration and Security
4.1 Account Creation
You may register for an account using one of the following methods:
- Phone number verification
- Email address and password
- WhatsApp account integration
- Google account integration
- Facebook account integration
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up-to-date
4.3 Account Verification
We may require identity verification for certain features or services. This may include:
- Government-issued identification documents
- Work authorization documents
- Background checks (where legally permitted)
- Skills verification assessments
5. User Conduct and Responsibilities
5.1 General Conduct
You agree to use BaoShi Square in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:
- Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws regarding employment, labor, or worker rights
- Engage in discriminatory practices based on race, gender, religion, nationality, or other protected characteristics
- Harass, abuse, or harm other Users
- Post spam, malicious content, or inappropriate material
5.2 Employee Responsibilities
As an applicant or employee through BaoShi Square, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your skills, experience, and availability
- Perform assigned work professionally and to the best of your ability
- Comply with BAOSHI HOLDINGS policies and procedures
- Follow client workplace rules and safety requirements
- Maintain confidentiality of client and company information
- Report to assigned work locations punctually and appropriately dressed
- Notify BAOSHI HOLDINGS of any work-related issues or concerns
- Complete required training and assessments
5.3 Employment Relationship
When hired through BaoShi Square:
- You become an employee of BAOSHI HOLDINGS
- Your employment terms will be governed by your employment contract
- You may be assigned to work at various client locations
- BAOSHI HOLDINGS will handle your payroll and employment administration
- You must comply with both company policies and client site requirements
6. Employment Terms and Compensation
6.1 Employment Relationship
Successful applicants through BaoShi Square will enter into an employment relationship with BAOSHI HOLDINGS. This relationship may be:
- Part-time Employment: For temporary assignments and flexible work arrangements
- Full-time Employment: For permanent positions with regular hours and benefits
- Contract Employment: For specific project-based work
6.2 Work Assignments
Employees may be assigned to work at various client locations including:
- Hotels and hospitality venues
- Event spaces and conference centers
- Corporate offices
- Other client facilities as required
6.3 Compensation and Payment
BAOSHI HOLDINGS handles all compensation matters:
- Wages are paid directly by BAOSHI HOLDINGS
- Payment schedules will be specified in employment contracts
- Rates vary based on position, experience, and assignment
- All payments comply with Singapore employment laws
- Deductions will be made as required by law (CPF, taxes, etc.)
7. Legal Compliance
7.1 Employment Law Compliance
BAOSHI HOLDINGS and all employees must comply with Singapore employment laws, including:
- Employment Act (Chapter 91)
- Work Permit and Employment Pass regulations
- Workplace Safety and Health Act
- Central Provident Fund Act
- Work Injury Compensation Act
- Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)
7.2 Employee Benefits and Rights
Employees are entitled to benefits as required by Singapore law, including:
- CPF contributions (where applicable)
- Work injury compensation coverage
- Annual leave and public holidays (for eligible employees)
- Overtime payment (where applicable)
- Safe working conditions
7.3 Workplace Safety
BAOSHI HOLDINGS is committed to providing safe working environments and will:
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations
- Provide necessary safety training and equipment
- Investigate and address safety concerns
- Maintain work injury compensation coverage
8. Intellectual Property Rights
8.1 Platform Ownership
BaoShi Square, including its design, functionality, trademarks, and content, is owned by BAOSHI HOLDINGS and protected by Singapore and international intellectual property laws.
8.2 User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content for Platform operations.
8.3 Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute Platform content without permission
- Reverse engineer or attempt to access source code
- Create derivative works based on the Platform
- Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using BaoShi Square, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
9.1 PDPA Compliance
We comply with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and will:

- Protect personal data with reasonable security measures
- Allow access and correction of personal data
- Limit data retention to necessary periods
- Handle data breach notifications as required by law
10. Work Performance and Feedback

BaoShi Square may track and display work performance metrics including:

- Attendance records
- Employer feedback and ratings
- Work history and experience
10.2 Feedback System
Employers may provide feedback on worker performance through our internal systems. This feedback may be used to:

- Assess eligibility for certain opportunities
- Provide performance insights to workers
- Maintain service quality standards
Employees may request access to their feedback and dispute any inaccurate scores through the support channel.
10.3 Performance Standards
Users are expected to maintain professional standards including:
- Punctuality and reliability
- Professional conduct
- Quality work performance
- Adherence to workplace policies
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1 Employment-Related Issues
For employment-related concerns, employees should:
- Contact BAOSHI HOLDINGS's HR department directly
- Use established grievance procedures
- Report workplace safety issues immediately
- Seek clarification on employment terms and conditions
11.2 App Technical Support
For technical issues with the BaoShi Square app:
- Contact our customer support team
- Report bugs or functionality problems
- Request assistance with account management
- Get help with application processes
11.3 Platform Disputes
For disputes involving BaoShi Square, we encourage Users to first contact our customer support team. If resolution cannot be achieved:
- Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore
- Arbitration will be conducted under the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) rules
- The arbitration will be conducted in English
- Singapore law will govern the arbitration process
12. Liability and Risk Allocation
12.1 Platform Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, regarding the BaoShi Square app service:
- We provide a recruitment platform and employment services
- Technical issues with the app do not affect employment relationships
- App availability may vary due to maintenance or technical issues
- We strive to maintain accurate job information but are not liable for information errors
12.2 Employment Liability
As an employer, BAOSHI HOLDINGS accepts responsibility for:
- Compliance with Singapore employment laws
- Workplace safety at assigned locations
- Timely payment of wages and benefits
- Providing work injury compensation coverage
- Handling employment-related disputes
12.3 Employee Responsibilities
Employees acknowledge and accept responsibility for:
- Following workplace safety procedures and using provided safety equipment
- Complying with company policies and client site requirements
- Maintaining professional conduct during work assignments
- Protecting confidential information of BAOSHI HOLDINGS and clients
- Reporting workplace incidents or safety concerns immediately
12.4 Indemnification
App users agree to indemnify and hold harmless BaoShi Square from claims, damages, or losses arising from:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Misuse of the application or account
- Providing false or misleading information
- Unauthorized use of intellectual property
Employment-related claims will be handled according to employment law and BAOSHI HOLDINGS's employment policies.
13. Service Availability and Modifications
13.1 Service Availability
We strive to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Technical difficulties
- Third-party service disruptions
- Force majeure events
13.2 Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of BaoShi Square at any time, with reasonable notice when feasible.
14. Account Suspension and Termination
14.1 Grounds for Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Repeated poor performance ratings
- Harassment or inappropriate conduct
- Failure to provide required documentation
- Inactivity for extended periods
14.2 Termination Process
Before termination, we will typically:
- Provide notice of the violation
- Offer an opportunity to remedy the issue
- Allow for appeals of our decision
14.3 Effects of Termination
Upon termination:
- Access to the Platform will be revoked
- Outstanding payments will be processed according to our policies
- Data retention will follow our Privacy Policy
- Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination
15. Force Majeure
Neither party will be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, labor strikes, or technical failures.
16. Updates to Terms of Service
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable laws, or business practices. We will notify Users of material changes through:
- In-app notifications
- Email notifications
- Prominent notices on the Platform
Continued use of BaoShi Square after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms or your use of BaoShi Square will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional agreements you enter into with BaoShi Square, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Platform.
